The holiday season and the year 2010 are descending upon us. For many of you who work in different organizational environments, this was a complex year. I’d like to close this blog’s year and open the new one with a favourite Irish blessing. I send this to you, wherever you are, from the bottom of my heart:

May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
