Sharone Bar-David was recently interviewed and served as a resource in an HR Reporter article focused on a study conducted by the University of British Columbia. The study surprisingly found that employees who witness bullying may be more likely to leave the workplace than the victims themselves.

Bullying affects not only the victim, but also the whole work unit. The impact on engagement levels and turnover rates can cost businesses money.
