In early June, Sharone Bar-David travelled to Copenhagen, Denmark to participate in the 8th International Conference on Workplace Bullying & Harassment. It was an intense and thought provoking experience as the field is in flux. It appears that the research community around the globe is struggling with very fundamental questions.
The cofernece offered Sharone opportunities to discuss her thoughts and questions with some of the preeminent academics and thought leaders. She has incorporated some of what she had learned into an article that will be published in the HR Reporter Magazine in September.
By the way, Copenhagen is a beautiful city! It is the #1 city for cycling in the world. Here’s a taste of it!
